“Facilitating Tacit Knowledge Exchange” but nothing beats personal contact

The ACM rag has a great article on how to get developers to talk to one another and what won’t work. It’s nothing cutting edge, but then again, most of these knowledge sharing applications like CRMs just don’t work. That they got any success is pretty cool.
Plus it apparently came from a development house here in Chicagoland.
